One thing I love about design is the opportunity to do some creative problem solving. I enjoy looking beyond a creative brief at the wider world where a project exists. Uncovering the details, ideas, and decisions that give a brand its character. What someone should feel when they interact with it. I especially love design that exists off-screen, in the real world where someone can physically make it a part of their life.
I’ve studied Graphic Design & Marketing at Thompson Rivers University and the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and I also regularly expand my skills through less-traditional online courses. In the rare moments I’m not doing something creative, I enjoy getting lost in a good story, looking for my next favourite coffee shop, and volunteering with local animal rescues.
